What Happens in Vegas...

10-10-10 will premier Las Vegas Carnival, "A Celebration of Life".

Rupee said it best "What happens in the party, stays in the party", and of course as we all know from their uber successful ad campaign, and for anyone that's ever visited Vegas - "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas".  Now we have the best of both worlds, the pageantry of Trinidad & Brazil Carnivals and Vegas combined!

Unlike Trinidad or Brazil Carnivals, Las Vegas's festival will include a variety of music genres, including but not limited to: Soca, Samba, Reggae, Latin, and Hip Hop.  There promises to be live performances from several top Billboard Artistes, and the carnival parade is said to be led by well-known celebrities.

Based on Trinidad's format, there will be the customary and highly anticipated "Band of the Year" competition.  This will be a battle of the bands like no other; the creators of Las Vegas Carnival is opening the contest to all countries; so far the line up includes 2 Bands, both from Trinidad - Tribe and Spice; however entries from Barbados, London, and Brazil are expected.
